No Chest Loot in Storming the Keep?

I have run the skirmish Storming the Keep twice now and recieved no loot in some of the many chests throughout the quest. Is there something that I am missing, doesn't each player get loot in every chest?

    Dungeons chests can be opened once by all members of the party, skirmish chests are only opened once, period. Its a first come, first served cut throat kinda of chest. Get there fist and open it first, or just skip over it.

    Wrong. The chest is just bugged to have a very long cooldown before it can be opened again
    Suggestion: Thank-you package to include Celestial Coin rewards
    This is an open beta. Start treating it like one.

    So you are saying that all are guarunteed loot in every chest in there?
    Would the best plan be to finish the whole quest then run back through the quest to open the chests to get by the long cooldown?
