Are the T2/T3 gear BoE?

just wondering if the t2/t3 gear is BoE? if so then you can just buy it off the AH instead of doing the dungeons yourself no?

    All the best gear is BoE. Yes, its absurd and needs to be changed ASAP.

    I like it that way. People cant sell recycled gear constantly in the AH and allows the economy to refresh itself all the time. You equip an item, you cant sell it. Sounds like most well made MMO games style of gearing anyway. Best gear in the game is usually bind on equip or bind on pickup.

    So that non-paying players can't even farm AD anymore? It's fine as it is, leave it be.
