Watching it burn

the trail you follow leads into a wall and the map objectives lead into lava many others in the zone were experiencing this problem
I CANT HIT 60 ;_;

    I had the same issue when doing this quest myself yesterday. What it took me almost 2 hours to figure out is that the actual quest marker points to a spot that is underneath the area where the lava was flowing. There appear to be 3 tiers in that area and its on the very bottom near one of the Generals. I stumbled across it strictly by accident. Keep looking for paths that go further down and you should eventually find it.
