You cannot equip 2 of the Glacial ring of Hrimnir at same time thus unable to obtain the set effect...

    I've also noticed this.
Have tried dragging into the other hand, emptying both and dragging to the offhand ring first before the primary.
Nothing will work to equip 2 rings.
In doing this they are now both character bound and one is a complete waste.

Same problem here, spent a days worth of AD on a game error which is in no way my fault so everyone who got bs'd by this should be refunded since there was no way to figure this out unless making 2/3 of those items bound to your account (aka can't sell). Set bonus clearly states 2x Glacial ring of Hrimnir is possible to obtain the set bonus.

Have encountered the same issue. Reported it as a bug. Any news from a GM?

Agreed, a refund of the ADs spent would be helpful -- the ring wasn't cheap!

This was a very annoying discovery, especially after deciding to buy a second ring off the auction.

Been like what, a month now? And still no fix. Starting to wonder if there's any point at all to spend time posting on the bugs forums. How hard can it be to change the code so that the frozen ring will now drop or making it so that we can equip 2 glacial rings to get the set bonus? Wasting both people's AD and people's time like this. Can't buy any decent ring/amulet + enchants for them now because my plan is/was to replace them with the hrimnir set. Lovely.

Edit: Inb4 they 'fix' it RIGHT AFTER a better GS set comes out. Same thing happened on D3 with Inna's pants, and it took them months to 'fix' the issue on top of that. Lots of angry people was the result - you'd do well to fix it asap so that people will still get some actual use out of what they paid for.

I have found the problem with almost every MMO is customer support. The owners/managers/developers just don't understand that a little communication goes a long way to avoiding disgruntled customers and bad reputations. If you make enough people mad the game will just die.

I guess that must be some (post patch) bug. I have two chars with full sets (but have had them for a long time - before feywild) and it clearly states - frozen, glacial rings. Here is the SS for you.

    Zombie...
Darn Necromancers doing silly things again. Time to lock this one up.

The ability to get both rings has been resolved. In fact I am enjoying mine right now.
All three pieces will drop from Epic Frozen Heart. I am not sure about the necklace (Which is dirt cheap in the AH) but I do know Hrimnir himself does drop both rings. :)
