My gear scores are messed up is there a way to fix

I recently dinged 60 on my rogue and once i hit 60 i noticed that my stats had changed!!!! I have a streangth 7, a con of 3, 7 dex, 3 int, 3 wis, and 3 charisma. Has anyone else had this problem or even know how i can get it fixed. Any feedback would be nice.
