I tested this for 10 minutes on target dummies. Not one time did Chaotic Growth or Chaotic Fury proc. The only buffs I received were Phantasmal Destruction, Nightmare Wizardry and Arcane Mastery.

Approximately 4 minutes of Magic Missile fire with zero Chaotic procs.
