Dread Vault "lag" issue.

Not sure where this is supposed to go so apologies if this is the wrong place.
I've just attempted Dread Vault with a group and on the 2nd boss we was all experiencing lag of anything up to about 5 seconds. I also couldn't see if the server was not responding because the boss's health bar was in the way. All of the npc's stopped moving, no damage was incurred to us or them and everyone seemed to be frozen to the spot. I ran netgraph during the encounter and was getting readings of between 120-220 which is normal for me. The stoppage made the encounter totally unplayable as we seemed to die before we did on our end. The encounter seemed to be running on the back end but it was failing to display on ours. Additionally the rest of the dungeon seemed fine I didn't notice any slow down at all, but other member's of the group was saying it was doing it for them just not as bad.
