question about eu proxy 1 and 2

i am trying understand what is the use of those proxy's for Eu
proxy1 does not working since game went open beta .
proxy 2 giving much higher ping then with no proxy.

r those 2 proxy;s just added randomly?
or u guys gonna actully make them usefull for Europe players?
i know its impossible reduce ping cuz ping is distance.

    At day time I have no ping playing neverwinter at night my internet is fast as ever athough I start getting 2k ping +. With proxy 2 I can play freely but it often gives me proxy 1 and i cannot connect. This is completely HAMSTER!

    The only Problem is, that they didn't upgrade the Proxys at the start of Open Beta. Who would think, that more players would be in the game now and that many of the now ones would be on the proxys too. No one? Maybe just the wrong people.
