A quest for Tank-built Guardian Fighters?

Hey, I'm stuck at level 53, having cleared all regular quests and the next zone is 56 mobs. So I thought of doing some foundry, but I haven't found anything with decent xp for Guardian fighters. (I don't mean this power levelling <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, just something that isn't 1/4 of regular exp, especially since I kill VERY slow.

I guess something with lots of squishy mages would be good.

    No bud at 53 (My main is a 60 GF) You really do not want mage mobs, they will keep you all kinds of knocked around as 99% of foundry mobs are multiple spawns at once. What you want is some simple easy Nashers or something. Here is the best thing you can do, get a CW buddy, you pull them he smashes them its a great combo see if you can make friends with one.
