Why can't i purchase my pc gamer mount from the Founders merchant when i entered my code 3 months ago?

    If you activated the code, you will receive a mount via mail. Thats it.

    It should be on the founder merchant. May want to check https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey and make sure it's listed, then put a ticket into support.

    Don't bother, support never answers, I have the same problem.

    Mine was in my mailbox when I started the game, not on the Foundry Agent. If it isn't showing up, just bug/ticket it.

    I don't know about your tickets, but support has answered all of my tickets within about 48 hours... Mind you doesn't mean they were able to help but they did answer. :)
