New Cleric looking for advice.

First time on this game and going to roll a cleric because I love the support/healing role of all games. Anyone got any recommended guides on how I should build a cleric that is based on healing and keeping alive his/her teammates 24/7? Or any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
