With no gear on, the Attack/Healing stat under Offensive And Healing on the character sheet shows:
Blue weapon: 535
Green weapon: 606
Power (bonus) on the character sheet (tooltip from hoving over power) shows:

Blue: +19 damage
Green +24.5 damage
Im trying to understand how the offense with the Green weapon is 71 more than the blue weapon, when the power bonus between the two is only 5.5 damage points AND the green weapon has 25 LESS base weapon damage. We can see that armor pen doesnt factor into anything for the Attack/Healing stat.
Does the +3 in the green weapons name factor in some way?
Is there a hidden "weapon speed" stat that affects things?
Do stats on items go down secretly when you out level them over time?
There are no feats or powers taken that grant more damage from recovery (since thats the only other thing the green item gives besides more power).
I just cant make any sense of it. There has to be some hidden value, or the devs math is just way off. 2+2=5

What you are looking at is a Health/Damage modifier rather than actual damage, as far as I am aware the stats don't show the actual damage. I'd suggest actually going out and testing to see which has more damage since the stats don't actually say but anyway as a Cleric, for heals Damage does nothing and the green has more power AND recovery both of which are good for healing/buffing.
