T2 Dungeon Massive FPS Drops + High Belt Drops?

Excuse me if there's already another discussion on this topic; if so I'd appreciate it if someone could just link me, respectfully without a flame. If not....

Is anyone else coming across a massive FPS drop while fighting in T2 Dungeons? DPS will drop to 2 or so for the whole fight and we either have to kill everything or change camera angles/move around to a different area. It's getting pretty annoying... and it's not just me, it's everyone in our Guild with all different kinds of computer setups. Is there a setting causing this? I have everyone pretty close to fully maxed. (Advanced)

Also; what's with all the **** Belt Drops? This is the 2nd day in a row for our Guild and we're getting about a 85% belt drop rate on all the bosses. (T2) We did Castle Never and all we got were -belts- and it's pretty **** stupid; considering the amount of time that is invested to clear some of these T2's...
