Customizing an encounter

I would like to have 3 rebels beating each other up. Is there a way to do this? Basically what's going on is 3 Nashers have gone mad and are trying to kill each other but once the player comes into a marker she/he is then attacked by all 3. A girlfriend of one is cowering in the corner who is the contact after the Nashers have been dealt with.

Also, is there a way to change the area in which encounters attack?

Only way to do this is to put a guard encounter in there and skin them like the rebels you want. The guards will eat the exp from the encounters they fight though.

Or you could skin a covering npc as a rebel if you want to last the fight forever, but if someone kills the attacker you'd end up with an invincible rebel left.
