Max rank of green/blue companions?

I was thinking about buying one, but I was curious if they have a max rank of 30. Or is a green 20 and blue 25? I would hope it'd be 30 since I'm spending money.

    For the moment you'll be limited based on tier but it looks like there will be books to increase the max level; However these books can't be brought yet. When they come out I'd expect them to cost Astral Diamonds and to not be cheap (like the mount upgrades ~2 Million to get a Tier 1 to Tier 3).

    Thanks for the answers, even though I don't like them lol. I may hold off on buying one then. Not going to spend 15 bucks for a small increase.
