Achievement List Incomplete?

Hey,

I was checking the list of achievements (J, Achievements tab) and it seems like it is incomplete, as it doesn't list some of the achivements I have already gained. Things like PvP assists and even some quests titles aren't listed there.
Am I missing something? Is it in another place? Or the list is actually incomplete?

    On the same character?

    I have pvped but I dont see any PVP achievements in game at all.

    I noticed if i play an alt and look at achievements it takes a while for them to even populate.

    Also, the achievement button in game doesnt even work if u assign it.

    Also I know of no way to see how many achievement points you have.
