Combat Icons

Ok. I've been looking for combat icons all over. I know the sword next to damage number is to denote a hit with bonus damage from combat advantage. There are others like the jagged bolt with I think denotes a deflect. Are there any lists anywhere or guides that list all (or a portion) of the icons and what information they're supposed to represent?

    Ok. No one has any information? Or no one is bothering to collect it. I'd imagine Cryptic would have come up with a guide for this.

    Sword - combat advantage
    Jolt thingy and orange number - critical
    Broken sword-ish - deflect
