I don't know what is going on, but for the past 3 days around this time (7-ish pm GMT) i have huge rubberbanding problems and/or the dreaded "server not responding" timer making the game pretty much unplayable for a few hours. Now before and after this period all is well. Most of the time if i log out during this period i can't even log back in, since i can't get past the loading screen with the server not responding issue.
I've tried the usual "turn off everything that might be auto-updating" on my pc with no luck and since i can play other MMOs normally during this period i'm assuming its not a isp issue.
Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes?
Thanks

I've noticed some rubberbanding occurs when the moving background NPCs aren't fully loaded and you walk into them. Try changing instances to one with a lower population. Can also select under the game options whether it should ask you which instance you want to zone into each time.
