Game day counter did not increment on Beholder

I did not get coins on any of my characters on first invoke today, and my refined diamond counter still includes the totals from yesterday. Is the counter delayed because of the maintenance?

We gathered its based on the hours rather than the day, as my friend invokes late on a weekday due to working during the day, and today could not invoke and gain AD or Celestials etc till later, all early invokes just gave a buff
