T2 dungeon delves chest claimed to be fixed but now drop T1 gear?

As the title says, you fixed the appearance of these chests during the dungeon delves event but replaced the gear in them with T1 or lower gear. This is hardly a fix and defeats the purpose of putting them back into the game.
