prejudice after trying the spec scoundrel I noticed that in PvE was good enough, however, was disastrous in PvP since most of the scoundrel build is based on basic attacks and then you can see the damage in the long run while the executioners are seen immediately in the critical well I decided to merge these two aspects

WHY CHOOSE THIS SPEC?
Why is it a good? because is a goood compromise between critical and high base damage, you will not do the critics of the executioner but with this combo at your damage of attack at will be as high as those of a scoundrel and your critical slightly lower than the executioner then I think this spec gives a total loss greater than that of the executioner that is based only on critical or over that of the scoundrel that is based only on the at-will
