The game isn't good enough (yet) to justify the prices in the Zen market

I really want to drop some money on the game but the game itself just doesn't justify the prices in the Zen market. For example, I'm not going to drop money on another character slot just to slog through the same quest line all over again (which means I'm not going to buy any of the new races or classes). Most MMOs have several options for leveling so you can have a different experience each time.

Also, I don't like the whole concept of "Zen". Why can't I just directly buy what I want? It looks like 1 zen = 1 penny so just charge me the money straight from the market. Why do I buy Zen for PW, log on to their web site and "move" the zen to neverwinter, *then* buy the item. Seems like there's more steps then there needs to be.

I see great promise in neverwinter but I hear a lot of people saying that the devs make games like this, put in a few tweaks and then let it fester as is. I hope this isn't true!

I suggest they: lower the zen market prices for now, streamline the purchasing process and keep expanding the game with new classes, races, paths, and especially new leveling areas.
