Npcs and characters in the watcher's forest flicker

this has happened to me only in the watcher's forest area where my character and others and the npcs flicker, they dissapear and reappear.

    Also happened to me while I was fighting near the lake. There seems to be a lot of texture flickering in general in this zone.

    That was happening to me today in the wolf den dungeon, very distracting and annoying when you are fighting packs of mobs and trying to guess where they and the players you are trying to heal are.
