Urgent: Wizard Tier 1 Bonus causing Ice Knife to one shot mobs

Topic says it all. The Fatebender's Wizard tier 1 4 piece bonus is currently bugged, and I've opened several tickets about it.
It causes Wizard Abilities to hit for millions of damage, literally, most of the time this comes in the form of Ice Knife. I haven't been able to get the Fatebender chest because the Idris dungeon delve chest is still bugged, but I have seen other Wizards using this bug first hand, and it has caused the Chest and Helm (pieces that are arguably harder to attain from the set) to sell for multi-millions of Astral Diamonds on the AH
I'm not exaggerating when I say that the bosses get one shot btw. They go from 100 to dead, they do not just take a large chunk of damage, they literally just die.
