Suggestions for Boss mechanics

There are a lot of posts complaining about bosses being completely generic (mechanically speaking).
Special attacks aside (some have blinks, others have breath weapons, etc.), all of them work using the same mechanic that most players love to hate (Adds).

As i find only complaining quite boring, i decided to propose that the community put here some interesting ideas they have, to give a special twist to some bosses or to create entirely new bosses for the game.

So this thread's purpose is to have new ideas for what you want to face on those dungeons, then please refrain from complaining, QQing and stuff like that. Try being a little bit positive and even if the devs don't do anything at all we can have some laughs at funny bosses or impossible to defeat ones.

I'll go ahead and start with one idea i had while typing these first three paragraphs (I tried an approach that doesn't get rid of the Adds, but makes it thematic and progressively weaker), and if you guys decide to post, try to copy the text pattern:

Name: RFBGC ! (Really Freaking Big Gelatinous Cube Abomination!)

Environment: This boss fight is supposed to happen in a small maze, with the boss at its center. Now the catch is, the boss should be as wide and as tall as the space in each corridor, so no player can maneuver around him without having to go through him, and he moves slowly.

Perks:
Resilience:
He would be immune to crits, paralysis, stuns and would not grand combat advantage for flanking (Originally on D&D these things were immune to these effects). [one of these immunities could be removed if he was too strong with them]
Also, he would have to have a very big Health Pool.
Acidic
If by any chance the players go through the cube, they will be affected by a strong acid damage over time effect that can only be dispelled or disappear when the player gets out of the cube space.
Mitosis:
Once the cube gets to 50% health he will become two smaller cubes, that each have half of the original remaining life and so on for each cube, as it becomes smaller it gets faster and its attacks cause less damage.

Attacks while bigger than the players:

Paralyzing Slam:
The cube slams anything in its path. The affected targets have a small chance of being paralyzed and if that happens, the cube will walk towards the closest one to use his second attack.

Engulf
If one or more targets are close enough (at least partially inside it), the Cube can use this attack to immobilize one target and force him to take the damage overt time of its acidic perk.

Attacks while smaller than the players:

Acidic Slam
The small cubes lose the Paralyzing Slam and gain this attack. It should have small damage, but can apply the same dangerous Acid that was contained inside the bigger cube.

Death throes:
When all the tons of small cubes die (it will start happening when the players start to one shot them), they explode (not causing damage) revealing all the equipment that was inside the big cube (no chest =P).

So guys, post your devilish creations here and maybe if this thread becomes very rich in ideas one dev can take a look at it =P

i want to complain about the bosses on the game neverwinter because they have been made so hard to beat that friends of mine have literally threw the computers out of windows or smashed them up with hammers so i think something needs to be done about making the bosses easier like for example take the extra men away so its one on one with the boss and have the boss the same level as your character so its a fair fight

You've been following the wrong build guides. Try one from someone who doesn't make a guide for every possible class and path for instance.

I wasted five million AD promoting the Foundry.

There are times when I can't tell if people are serious or trolling or sarcastic, even if my life depends on it. I just have no clue.
