[SOUND] NPC Voice Jingo Rummage

I'm a rogue questing in Hunters Path in Vellosk and the NPC "Jingo Rummage" had a quest for me. When he speaks while you walk around him he sounds like a totally different person as to when you speak to him for a quest.

Can anyone confirm this? After handing in the quest I cannot speak to him anymore.

    yeah okay another npc Hadrik Longtooth does the same...
