Zen Market Mounts apply to future characters?

I apologize if this has been posted elsewhere, I've searched the forums and read through the extended FAQ's and did not find an answer.

I've been saving my ZEN for a rainy day, and I'd like to purchase a mount that's applicable to all of my characters. However, I intend on making at least one Drow, so I'd like to know if the mount is applied to any future characters I make on my account, or only those that exist at the time of purchase?

I figure it's applicable to all but I'd rather not assume, spend the money, and then have a Drow walking around all unmountlike. That's a word, honest!

    Yes, anything that's account-wide you'll get on any future characters you create on that account.

    How do you claim the mount on your other characters? My mount appeared automatically on the character that purchased it, but I can't seem to find out how to get it for the others. Tried asking in-game but with no luck.

    You just re-buy it from the marketplace. Once you have already bought them, mounts are listed as "free" for your other characters.
