Celestial coins are per account and not per character?

I have a few characters and just bought the blue prof pack. When I logged in with another character to do the same thing, I had a message "Your Celestial Coins have been set to 0". Logged in on the other and the same thing happened! Each of them had the 5 required to get a pack each.

What is the point of buying extra character slots if each character can't get a crafting pack? This must be a new undocumented change because previously I was able to do this without an issue.

Anyone else having this problem, or should I contact support?

Sounds like a bug. I have multiple characters and they have different amounts of Celestials. Also have bought things on one character without it affecting another.

Sounds like you waited more than 30 hours since your last invoke before you logged in.

If you don't invoke for 30 hours you lose all Celestial Coins you've gained up until then. This does not affect Ardent Coins which are the ones used for the 360 Coin Angel Companion.

    Yea, what wingedkagouti said.
If you fail to invoke within the 30 hour requirement then you will get the message that your Celestial Coins have been reset to zero and you will lose all Celestial Coins on that character.

If you hover over the number of Celestial Coins in the UI next to the mini-map it explains: "Gain a Celestial Coin the first time you use your Invocation skill on a given day. Celestial coins, like the gods themselves have fleeting form, and must be renewed daily in order to persist in the mortal world. They will be lost if you fail to invoke again in time. You have 1 Day and 5 Hours left."
