Dungeon Lag

Why is it that I can run pvp and all area's of the game fine, but dungeons have such bad lag spikes I can barely move. My PC is above minimum specs and even when everything is turned down it does it. I don't have this problem in similar 5-man dungeon settings like GW2 or any other game at that.

I think they need to look into the dungeons a bit because I know I'm not the only one getting this and it's becoming a real problem.
