level 30 gwf ability score points question, help

I just leveled to 30, i wanted to put all the points to str but i couldnt. It automatically put 1 point to each stat?
I am i missing something here? is that how it is? i cant put the points where i want?

You aren't missing anything, on level 30 and 60 you just get an automatic +1 to all stats as a reward for advancing from heroic tier to paragon tier, this is consistent with D&D 4e rules.
