Scoundrel of Saboteur?

What the title says, which is the most recommended, best dps/single target/pvp build? scoundrel or sabotuer I'm guessing saboteur but I may be wrong, anyone have any suggestions?

I'm only level 15 at the moment, just looking for some tips about the combat trees.

    Actually sorry for the double posts, as reading more into it I find executioner is the way to go for PVP or any build utilizing stealth, and maximum dps, however can anyone share real quick how many points their putting into what skill in the talent tree? I'm still quite unaware in which how to proceed when leveling and endgame to get the best out of a TR
    Obviously I've played MMO's and endgame for quite a few MMO's wow/swtor/gw2.

    basically, by the time you hit 60, you will have like 20 abilities maxed out.

    so don't worry too much.

    but i reccomend ignoring duelist flurry, bait and switch, whirl of blades, they are quite useless

    Yes, do ignore our highest (consistent) dps skill and our best AoE skill. Sound advise right there.
