Changing character appearance in game

Is this possible? How much Zen if so?

    Yes, and IDK (I'm at work and can't log in to the client). It also cost zen but you can changer your name if you want.

    This is off the top of my blonde coverd head, so it may be incorrect... Anyway, you'd need a 'Change Appearance Token', then look for a 'Scissors & Comb' looking icon on the map. Jyllian the Alteration Wizard or something. Tokens can be bought at the Exchange/etc.

    PS Can't change race, gender nor class. But everything in the 'appearance' section is fair game.
