scoundrel or executioner?

currently play with the rogue specced scoundrel but seeing who plays with the executioner makes a spec give much more than my at least in PvP but in PvE I always arrive first in DPS advise me to go executioner or keep the scoundrel?

    Think it mostly depends on whether your main stat build is dex/str or dex/cha. Might wanna post/check the Rogue's Den for more information.
