Chat channel admin functions don't work

As owner/admin/operator (checked on different channels) at Custom Channel I can mute people but unmute option don't work. Right now "Mute" is permanent which is wrong.

    I am a channel owner and I keep getting "insufficient privileges" whenever I try to invite someone to a private channel. This is ridiculous because as Owner I am supposed to be able to invite people to the channel, but for some reason it won't let me no matter what character I am on.
