How to Charge Zen to Dragon Server?

I donated 50$ and I already have the Zen, but when I try to transfer it to my Neverwinter account it only shows the server "neverwinter"

Just transfer it to neverwinter, that is the server. Dragon is a shard, not a server (i think?)

I am on beholder, i transferred to neverwinter and got my zen just fine ^^

This is correct - your Zen will be accessible to your entire account, regardless of which shards your characters are on. The only thing to remember is that you cannot transfer in-game items from one character to another character if they are on different shards. So when making Z-Store purchases, make sure you;re on the correct character for the purchase you intend.

THOUGH anything that is account-wide (like Mounts) can always be claimed from Z-Store by any character on any shard, once purchased.

Just added some Zen last night and that is all you have to do. You just specify that you want to move it to Neverwinter. You don't have to specify the specific shard you want to move it to.
