Terrible Customer Support

I'm beginning to wonder if their are actually any real active GM's in the game.

I've petitioned 4 separate times now about my issue and every single time, I get an identical copy/pasted response about The support system having issues and my ticket may have been lost, Thanking me for contacting support, and my ticket is closed and listed as resolved (when it CLEARLY isn't)


At this point I could care less if they actually fix my issue, I want to know that GMs actually exist and help people.

    I sent a ticket in game, and then later emailed PW support about a quest bug that prevented a quest from ever being advanced, probably back in April 28th or so, today, May 9th I finally got a reply to that email about 5 hours ago! ..After they fixed the bug in a patch early this morning.

    The reply was them saying they cannot offer strategies or advice about game play inquiries and links to the forum and wiki lol

    ...But hey, at least it was fixed.
