Suggestion for quality ensuring Foundry rewarding mechanics

    I don't know. My experience is pretty limited so far (my highest level character is only 14), but it seems like the majority of experience comes from completing quests. I barely get anything from killing monsters. If there is a difference between XP on a team and XP solo, it isn't noticeable.

    More like party exp penalty. Our 3-man group usually has to do some foundry missions after finishing a zone because we are 3 levels below the next quest.
