Beta wipe

I'm guessing at the end of the Open Beta there will be a character wipe, so the question is. Why even sell Zen right now? I'm not about to spend real money that will be taken away in a little bit anyway.

Now I've not looked through every post so it's possible there will not be a wipe but if that's the case then what do they do about people forced to re-roll characters because of bugs and such?

If there will be a wipe then I'm holding onto my cash. However if PW agrees to give back any zen used during the beta then I don't mind sending them some cash.

    There is NO wipe. Search is your friend as this has been answered numerous times.

    Thia has been answered over and over again but seems you missed it so....

    There is NO beta wipe, They have stated that from the 25 of april onwards there would be more wipes. Many OB do not wipe nowadays.

    An open Beta has become the norm as an excuse for launching a game with expected bugs and incomplete features. This has technically launched. Think about it, beta's shouldnt be already making money from their testers. Were more so customers at this point with the ability/expectation to report bugs.

    So no wipes.

    Yes I know there is no expected wipe, I'm more worried about the opps, we found a major issue..sorry.

    And yes I did search, I'm more worried about the what if things. Been around PW too long to not expect the unexpected.

    There is no what if. Once a company states no more wipes and takes your money, that's it. No more wipes. Most they could ever do is a short term rollback.

    Oh come on. Another one of these?

    There IS NO WIPE coming. This has been confirmed by Cryptic/PW staff.

    I am also sick of people that keep on asking in the zone chat if there is going to be a wipe.
