Epic Idris Chest Bug

I would really like to finish my Tier 1 set.
Having the final reward chest during Dungeon Delves work, and or, removing all loot for Idris' loot table except the set chest pieces (so she stops dropping blues) would help.
I dont care which you end up doing. If the chest bug is easier to fix do that. If its easier to simply tweek her loot table so she is guaranteed to drop at least a single set chest piece, then do that.
Just please get this fixed.
