The next generation of spam bots being made

Played a PVP match where the other team was AFK, went to have a look at them and saw they were all bots in making.

How do we report these fake players so that they don't even make it far enough to be little spam bots?

Can the devs do something to block those who are AFK or don't even leave spawn from receiving any reward? Further if they do it multiple times surely a stricter penalty can be put in place?

    Moderators have posted that a fix for this is in the works. I don't want to dig it up and link it but it is on one of the similar threads.
    A fix for AFKers in pvp and a fix to the queue system. which i assume will allow people to join after some one leaves.

    That is awesome news! Any chance you can dig up that link? Searching gave me no results.
