Lost my Divinity left click attack....How do i get it back?

Just did a respec and noticed when I went to divinity form to use my blue offensive left click (punishing light) it seems unbound. Putting it back on the hotkey isn't as simple as dragging it from the skills screen (P). Or if it is I'm overlooking it. Any help on this one?

Also: Do cleric weapons effect healing at all? Or just damage dealing spells?

    Only known way is to respec your feats or do a full respec and make sure you manually place lance and seal in the at will spots manually before you spend 10 pts.
