If you used a credit card for Twitch Prime it can take a while to go through. Inspite of what it says, there is no Claim Your Loot Now button. There is no code, the reward just appears at the Rewards Claim Agent.

if you get a throwaway account error make sure the following is done:
A verified phone number
A confirmed email address
A bio
A profile photo
A birthday (for accounts that are not company, brand, or organization accounts)
Didn't work for me. For some reason that *isn't* in their Terms and Conditions they claim my *only* Twitter account from 2013 is a throwaway - "Sorry, throwaway Twitter accounts are not allowed." Admittedly, I'm not into social media and usually use those things for giveaways (not always, but usually), but it's *not* a throwaway account and their terms don't say anything about that or how they determine that. So, yeah, I'd agree there's some trolling going on.
Edit: Oh, missed the edit above. Still not in their terms that I need any of that. Edit2: Got it. Didn't need phone, birthday or tweets set to public. For the website, I used my twitter profile and the pic was a pic of the pic for adding a pic, lol.
