Lair of the Pirate King/AH issues

I've done this dungeon going on 4 times now and for some reason the achievement doesn't record in my journal. Has anyone else had this issue?

Also, I received mail from the auction house telling me my items have sold but there was no astral diamonds attached to the message.
Both things are pretty frustrating; not sure what to do about them.

Bump.. ticket says resolved in game but I've yet to hear anything from anyone.
