Guardians Knight's Valor is bugged

Sometimes when running a instance after a while the skills locks up and I cant use it again. It dosent help if I remove the skill and try to equip it again it just locks up.

Anyone else have this problem?

    Actually happened to me a few nights ago, the red square stays flashing around it but doesn't respond right?

    Yes correct.

    But the skill dosent seem to work anyway, it should intercept half the damage right when I use it in group I dont take any damage at all when they are hitting the rest of group?

    Same with me, I have it lock up and the icon just flashes and doesn't work.
    I do seem to see it helping me with threat a bit more but not as much as it should I guess. As for that damage I'm seeing some people taking a lot of damage yet I'm still fine even while it's active.

    This skill is still Broken as of today. It simply will stop activating. So that means this skill has been broken for how long?
