Problems getting more character slots.

Trying to buy more character slots but im getting the msg : This character is unable to purchase this item.. What to do ?

Anyone have a solution for this ?

    Buy the zen, transfer the zen to Neverwinter, then you will be able to add slots.

    Contact support? I haven't bought anything yet with zen and wont til things are sorted but apparently its not unheard of for the occasional transaction to not go through....that or wait a day or two? could be just a quick little issue that a round of maintenance will sort.

    I have 1200 ish zen and from what i have heard its only supposed to be 500 ? or am i wrong ? And i already have transferred my Zen to Neverwinter :D

    they go through people just get confused and rush through stuff. when you buy the zen you then have to give it a minute and then transfer it to neverwinter game, server - neverwinter, and pick the amount or all. as soon as you click ok transfer you'll have the zen in game.

    try to transfer again and see what your balance is if it's not in game. maybe you clicked something wrong by accident and it didn't transfer, I had that happen so it's not an insult or anything.

    And then there's the silly part where you can't buy the slots out in the character select screen, you have to do it in-game. As I understand it.

    yeah you need to have a character logged in for some reason.

    I need to have a character logged in while buying a character slot ? how do i do that ?

    Nm, figured it out , i actually had to buy the slot from the store ingame...
