Looking to understand the mechanics (recovery, penetration, defense, etc.) and try to understand how things are implemented in NWO.
Is there a reference wiki that describes how these all work together?
Bonus question: I see statements like "get attributes to 20" with some implied understanding that you'd stop there. Is there an unwritten mechanical advantage to this that is obvious once you know it? Clearly nothing strictly based on PNP...
