Accessing your Auction House, Bags etc. from the internet

A few days ago i somehow did this as I think i clicked a link through my email that allowed me to view my current listings and such via an internet browser. Now I am unable to find the email as i clean it daily and I cannot find anything on the website, can someone point me in the direction of said place?

Gateway is linked to the game servers and thus when servers are down; gateway is down.

We cannot access items in our bags, well not directly. We can post items from bags but cannot take items from Mail.
