Founders Pack. Does it apply to all characters on an account?

for example.. it comes with a horse mount... if i make another character will he get one too?

    most items yes , the ' helper pack ' is once per account . since it has an xp buff get it on a low level toon .

    yes, though the diamonds are for the account - so you have to claim them with your characters. If you claim them all on one character, there will be nothing to claim for any other characters.

    The mail system is a bit buggy so you can also claim them across (west) of Sgt Knox. You can actually get multiple boxes BUT it will only replace items that you may have accidentally deleted (I was playing around with it)
