Do I need more storage ?

Howdy
My GWF is 45 and only once have I filled up my inventory . To be fair I have the HotN 12 slot bag , but I keep all the level 1 runes because a level 2 rune sells for 70 copper way more then 4 times the price of a level 1 . Now that I'm high enough those no longer drop , I think I don't need more space .
My original plane was to spend my 15 bucks a month on bags and space . Obviously not this month since I bought a pack of keys . Now I think I don't need them . My second pack rarely get a anything in it before I'm at the vendor selling , and I never go to the bank . Plus the bank is full of HotN items that I should just delete and if I need I could get from the vendor .
So the question is , Do we really need more storage ?
