Where do you get/find/buy Enchantments for Armor Enhancement Slot?

    I've seen them drop in level 60 epics, at the rate of one per boss, sometimes, before that no reason or need. You also need at least 4 of the same type, to make a usable enchant, which can then be fused to even better with four of those, although good luck finding or getting 16 to make that one. ;) Auction house has some, the filter doesn't work though, so you have to look through them all.

    For the record, the armor ones have a visual effect. I have a frost one, and it looks like frost has coated parts of my armor.
